Pilates
Pilates is an innovative system of exercises that focuses on the deep stabilizing muscles of the torso, hips, and shoulder girdle , and conditioning the entire body. A lengthened and strengthened core promotes improved posture and flexibility, and promotes greater resistance to injury.
Yoga
An ancient Indian practice, Yoga synchronizes movement and breath. As both an exercise and meditative practice, the various forms of yoga have been proven to promote strength and flexibility, peace and harmony in mind, body and spirit.
Personal Training
Julie believes in an integrative mind-body approach to fitness. Following a comprehensive evaluation, she will set appropriate fitness goals to improve your strength, endurance and flexibility. Each one-on-one training session is designed with your specific health needs in mind.
