Gabby has been practicing Massage for 4 years after graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She believes everyone can benefit from regular massage, whether it being from a physical injury, emotional struggle or just to take time to yourself. Although, Gabby most enjoys working with clients recovering from an injury, her techniques range from stretching and specific deep tissue to a relaxing, calm Swedish Massage.
On her free time she enjoys exercising and receiving body work herself. Gabby’s had a few injuries including her hip from running and her shoulder from overworking. Regular massage helped speed up her recovery along with at home exercises and stretching. One session won’t fix the problem. Recovery is an ongoing journey. Gabby strongly believes Massage is not a luxury, it’s a lifestyle.
