Gyrotonic is a holistic approach to movement using specialized equipment that allows you to move with support and resistance. Exercise sequences are composed of circular, spiral movements coordinated with rhythmic breathing patterns.

Each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to progress through a natural range of motion, free from jarring or compression. In addition to lengthened and strengthened muscles, Gyrotonic promotes improved circulation and coordination, and enhanced joint mobility.
