In this back to basics series, we'll review the foundational principles of Mat Pilates, while working to achieve proper technique and form.
Connect the various muscle groups associated with the core, understanding that a strong core yields greater mobility and resistance to injury, less back and joint pain, and increased stamina and endurance.
