Barb is a STOTT Certified Pilates instructor who enjoys helping clients achieve a wide variety of personal fitness goals. She works with clients returning to exercise after injury or pregnancy, clients seeking to stay strong as they age and those interested in building core strength to improve their tennis game, fitness as a runner, golf game, etc. Barb earned her MBA from UNC Chapel Hill and her undergraduate degree from Providence College. She was introduced to Pilates ten years ago while recovering from a severe case of Guillain-Barre Syndrome. She feels Pilates was truly life-saving as it enabled her to rebuild her strength both physically and mentally. Barb has completed a marathon in Alaska and two half marathons. Today, she runs after her three children.
