THE PRYORITY DIFFERENCE

At Pryority, we know that no two bodies are exactly the same – that is why each personal training session is tailored to the individual on that day. We believe that this combination of personal attention and variety help you stay on track and enthusiastic about your fitness goals.

Our team is focused on functional fitness where we work with you to build strength for daily living. The goal of functional fitness is to train your muscles to work together and maximize your body's performance.

ONE ON ONE TRAINING

Take advantage of working one-on-one with a certified trainer. After an evaluation, the trainer helps you set fitness goals for health, strength, endurance and flexibility. Objectives may be specific (ie. marathon preparation) or general (ie. improved overall fitness). All sessions involve highly efficient and effective fitness regimes and constant individual alignment and monitoring. A minimum of two sessions per week are recommended to achieve results.

AQUATIC FITNESS

We offer training right in your own pool! Every move you make in the water has to be deliberate to resist the continual pressure of the water on your body. It is a great way to simultaneously improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance or rehabilitate a chronic source of pain. Aquatic fitness is a good low impact or non-impact exercise option.

 

 

The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM

The Gyrotonic Expansion System is a holistic approach to movement that is designed to meet the needs of people of all ages and abilities.

Gyrotonic increases strength and flexibility, renews energy and vitality, and produces a general state of calm and well being. GYROTONIC® students are both young and old, healthy and fit or recovering from illness or injury.

PILATES - REFORMER & MAT

Pilates is a full-body exercise system that emphasizes body alignment, correct breathing and a firm core. People who perform Pilates on a regular basis have seen improvements in posture, flexibility and core strength.

We offer Pilates on a Reformer machine that uses pulleys and weights to add resistance to each exercise, heightening the experience and results. We also teach Pilates Mat where your own body is the resistance. The addition of balls, rubber bands and other apparatus adds resistance and fun to your workout. 

Only at Pryority Fitness Pilates Mat do you have two instructors, one teaching and demonstrating each movement and one monitoring and correcting each person’s alignment and performance. This ensures that you get the maximum results for each movement. 

PRIVATE YOGA

Yoga is a practice that links one's breath and movement. It tries to achieve balance between one’s body and mind as well as freeing spiritual elements. Benefits of yoga include a complete feeling of relaxation, muscle toning, and improved muscle flexibility and strength. Yoga is the perfect mind, body, spirit exercise.
