Melinda Loo has been teaching yoga for nine years. Her class blends various yoga movement styles based on hatha, vinyasa, dance, pilates, and restorative.

She aims to live a truly holistic lifestyle incorporating meditation, cleansing, nutrition, herbs, and spiritual studies. The combination of all these practices have given Melinda a powerful and consistent holistic lifestyle. She is committed to her own well-being and loves sharing all that she has learned with others who are hungry for health and healing.

Being well and living a long full life, rich with good intentions and personal growth are of the highest importance. It's from this place that we can truly enjoy life and give back.

About Melinda

Melinda grew up in performing arts and received her AA in Dance Performance. It was through movement and self-expression that she was able to tap into those "zone-like" moments where she felt unlimited and whole. In her early twenties, she desired to know more about wholeness and healing. Melinda apprenticed with the Shen Life founders, learning a lifestyle that was devoted to healing and wholeness.

Melinda has been successfully working as a yoga instructor for over eight years. She recently moved to the area from Los Angeles and is thrilled to join the Pryority Fitness team!
