YOGA

Yoga is a practice that links one's breath and movement. It tries to achieve balance between one’s body and mind as well as freeing spiritual elements. Benefits of yoga include a complete feeling of relaxation, muscle toning, and improved muscle flexibility and strength. Yoga is the perfect mind, body, spirit exercise.

Gentle Yoga
With the support of props participants hold poses longer to encourage a deep release. Relax, release, and renew with this slow flow class. It's perfect for all levels and all ages.

Yoga Flow
A blend of yoga, Pilates, and physical movement, this form of mindful fitness emphasizes strength, balance, breath and flow.

CARDIOLATES

Cardiolates is one of the newest fitness regimes, performed on a mini trampoline. It combines the alignment and core strengthening principles of Pilates with the cardiovascular benefits of jumping on a trampoline. It’s a fun overall workout as you move to music and perform increasingly more balancing and jumping routines, with or without hand held weights.

ZUMBA

Deemed the latest fitness craze, Zumba is like a fitness party. You perform fun aerobic dance movements, either high or low impact, to lively music with a Latin flavor. It's a dynamic and invigorating workout that is performed with mariachi weights.

 

 

PILATES MAT

In Pilates Mat training, your own body is the resistance. The addition of balls, rubber bands and other apparatus adds resistance and fun to your workout. This class will demonstrate your every movement and correct each person's alignment and performance to ensure that you get the maximum results for each movement.

Power Pilates
Take your pilates mat class to another level. Intermediate sequencing and small props will be utilized.

Pilates & Body Rolling
Body Rolling uses various sized balls to help stretch and stimulate your muscles and tissues to improve flexibility and reduce tightness. Health, fitness and massage are literally rolled into one with body rolling.

MEDITATION

Join us for a break as we take some time to relax and re-center. We all seek balance of mind, body and spirit. Come and experience how the practice of silence and stillness creates the focused gift of clarity and peace. This class is open to both new and experienced meditators!

OTHER CLASSES

Strength Training
Make your strength training workouts more effective! We''ll learn the proper techniques of using weights, medicine balls and much more. The skills and knowledge gained will be invaluable now and throughout your life!

20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of stretching.

Spring It On!
Get you groove on with this workout that combines cardio intervals and core fusion moves. This is class is appropriate for all levels of fitness.

CUSTOM SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Pryority Fitness trainers can also coordinate a group workout session with people who have similar health and fitness goals or a one-time group session, such as for a bridal party, girls night out, or birthday party. We'll meet with you to discuss your objectives and plan accordingly.

GOLD FITNESS

Have you earned the privilege to take it a little slower? Utilizing chairs and low impact techniques, this class is for women with limited mobility or for those who want to enjoy the benefits of light exercise.

AQUATIC FITNESS

Every move you make in the water has to be deliberate to resist the continual pressure of the water on your body. It is a great way to simultaneously improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance or rehabilitate a chronic source of pain. Aquatic fitness is a good low impact or non-impact exercise option.
